An eternal optimist, she believes in creativity and the power of play to transform how we work and connect.

Emily Herrick – Service Designer, SPARCK

Emily is a seasoned design strategist who practices radically inclusive co-design and facilitates actionable dialogue between people and the institutions invented to serve them. Her work has supported criminal justice reform, international open government initiatives, and enhanced New York City’s public health, human, and housing services.

Based in New York City, she is SPARCK’s first State-side service designer. She graduated from Illinois State University with dual BAs in Graphic Design and Arts Technology and a minor in Civic Engagement and Social Responsibility and holds an MFA in Design for Social Innovation from the School of Visual Arts.

Olivier Llouquet – Service Designer, SPARCK

Previously Rob has also worked in consulting, spending time with Capgemini and DigitasLBi as well as working as sole practitioner.

Anne Dhir - Service Designer, SPARCK

Anne Dhir is a designer and strategist based in Glasgow, with experience in the public, private and charitable sector. She focuses on projects that challenge the system, meet the needs of those the furthest away from the system, and can have real impact on the ground.

Toby Marks - Service Designer, SPARCK

Toby consults on a range of brand, service and digital projects. From designing the cabin interiors to Etihad, to brand strategies for a multi-national fiber conglomerate, or onboarding service design for the NHS App, he is most at home amongst creative thinkers pushing the boundaries of traditional approaches.

Kerrie Hughes - Service Designer, SPARCK

Kerrie has been in the business of designing experiences since 2001. Using human centred-design approaches, she helps organisations to understand what matters to their customers and combines this with their business strategy to design products and services that deliver real value.

Kerrie has spent the last 4 years in Financial Services. Her last role in Barclays provided the opportunity to partner with some amazing brands to offer their customers point of sale finance – Apple, Tesla, Wayfair and Wren Kitchens to name a few. In January she made the switch to consultancy joining SPARCK as a Service Design Consultant.

Harriet de Wet - Service Designer, SPARCK

Harriet is an experienced service designer with a passion for human-centred and user-led design.
