About this Module

Over recent years, planning has acquired something of a bad name within Agile development. In some environments, teams have become so used to having their plans quoted back at them that they become unwilling to undertake any future estimation or planning at all. In our experience, this is likely to be a failure of expectation setting and is largely avoidable.

This paper explores some of the tools and techniques required to lead a modern Digital Delivery Team. We look at how to distribute the leadership tasks and some practical concerns which arise in Agile delivery, and recommend some approaches that have worked well for us on a range of deliveries.
