BJSS developed three concurrent multilingual websites for DEFRA using current technologies and languages. The scope of the project included the expectation of 60,000 registered users annually, up to 1,000 concurrent logins, a maximum of 2,000 registrations per day and up to 3,000 user logins per day. The specifications required multiple browser and Tier 2 accessibility support built on JSP, SPRING and J2EE with a Hibernate Back-End using Oracle as the RDBMS.
BJSS created an online trading environment that is easy to use, secure and reliable. It meets all of Zopa’s lending requirements and can easily incorporate future changes or additional functionality.
BJSS was engaged to deliver a billing adjustment calculator for electricity trading. A BJSS Project Manager, two Developers and a Technical Tester were assigned to the project which took ten weeks to deliver on a fixed-price basis. BJSS Enterprise Agile delivery techniques were used to follow a RUP style Inception, Elaboration, Construction and Transition approach.
