Martin Huckle

Martin is a Squad Lead and Test Manager who has been with BJSS for eight years. He enjoys the challenge that BJSS brings, and loves working collaboratively with all the talented individuals that make up the projects and BJSS as a whole. He finds great pleasure in supporting others to develop technically and professionally.

Natsumi Nakayama

Natsumi has been with BJSS over 10 years, working primarily as a Software Engineer, currently leading a team as a Technical Lead on a project for a major retail client. She also gets involved in recruitment activities, line management and the internal Buddy Scheme, supporting any new starters to settle in. She is always up for a challenge and is currently trying to work out where to go next in terms of her career path.

Ash Riyard

Ash has been at BJSS for just under two years. She initially started out as Graduate Test Engineer via the BJSS Academy but is now working as a Scrum Master after wanting to move into the delivery management space. Last year, she became a Line Manager and Diversity & Inclusion champion for BJSS Leeds. She is passionate about technology and making a difference through her D&I work, as well as the projects she is a part of.

Paul Charman

Paul has been at BJSS for 17 months, initially staring as a Test Engineer. He has worked on various NHS projects as a Test Engineer and Test Lead, has been a Line Manager, and been involved in the Buddy Scheme. Paul enjoyed the people aspect of the additional responsibilities, and has moved into a People Lead role on one of the biggest projects currently happening within BJSS. Paul’s passion for QA and testing has not been completely left behind, he continues to be involved in helping evolve the test recruitment process and interviewing potential Test Engineer candidates.

Becky McCarthy

Becky has been a Business Analyst at BJSS since October 2021. Prior to BJSS, Becky worked in the private sector as a Business Analyst for eight years. She loves the challenges she faces in her role, learning new analysis techniques and learning from others. She likes engaging with lots of clients and different people across BJSS. Becky loves the part of her role when a solution she has worked on becomes reality. Becky is wanting to get involved with the great Diversity and Inclusion work at BJSS and hopes to become a line manager one day as she moves forward with her career.
