Mario DeCristofano

Mario is an experienced BJSS Delivery Manager, Agile and Leadership Coach, and Capability Lead for the Midlands. He has been involved in large enterprise projects for a number of years. He specialises particularly in transformational change, software delivery and technical leadership.

Outside of work he's a keen techie (running a small tech company), Mountain Biker and wanna-be Piano player.

Alexandra Moore

Alex is a DevOps Strategy Consultant at BJSS. She is a keen promoter of all things DevOps and Operability. She has a background in systems engineering, IT and software support, mainly in the Financial Services sector.

She is passionate about collaboration and can often be found at Tech Community events such as Leeds DevOps, Leeds Test Atelier and DevOpsDays.

When she occasionally stops talking about DevOps, she loves to get her car out on the track or listen to live music.

Ollie Strachan

Ollie is a Test Lead and Squad Lead at BJSS, having joined in 2019 after a few years studying Physics, including a brief foray into Hawaiian astronomy.

He’s since gotten involved in the world of Test and loves applying the curiosity inherent to testers in as many places as he can, particularly when it comes to agile transformation.

Outside of work, he’s an avid reader and keen footballer.

Leah Unsworth-Hughes

Leah is a Business Analyst at BJSS, dedicated to supporting both business and digital teams in both the Public and Private sectors. She's passionate about delivering value and ensuring people feel engaged with change.

Outside of work she enjoys travelling but is (sadly) more likely to be found with a paint brush in hand, improving her DIY skills as she starts her third renovation project.
