ABOUT THE EVENT
Now that we’ve all found ourselves largely working from our homes and private spaces, the world of work has changed dramatically for companies all over the world. To discuss how you can keep the culture and the productivity at your company positive whilst working remotely, Squad Leads Pedro Silva and Chris Morrissey are going to share how they and BJSS adapted their pastoral care responsibilities to this remote world.
They will walk you through their journey from office to home working, its challenges and opportunities, and the new ways of working that may be part of our future.

Chris Morrissey – Enterprise Architect, BJSS
An experienced Enterprise Architect, Agile Coach and Squad Lead. Chris’ 20+ year career has spanned all elements of IT solutions, transformation, and consultancy, in varied industries working with both small and enterprise clients.
Pedro Silva – Squad Lead, BJSS
Pedro is a Manchester based Squad Lead for BJSS. He has over eight years of technical and talent management experience in the IT industry. Originally from New York he moved to the UK to pursue a university degree and has made the UK his second home.
