    Rich has been a developer for over 20 years, lived and worked in Japan for 15, and has been involved in tech leadership in enterprise settings since 2015. He delights in seeing innovation being brought to the table by talented individuals and his passion for software engineering has led him to be co-organiser of several tech focussed community groups such as LeedsJS and Yorkshire Fullstack.

    Head of Technology at Sky

    Sarah is a vibrant and inspirational technology leader. She is currently Head of Technology at Sky and has delivery responsibility for a wide range of Sky’s digital products which are created at the technical hub at Leeds Dock. Before being involved with delivery management at Sky, Sarah enjoyed a successful career as a test analyst and lead at a number of high profile organisations such as the NHS, William Hill and Sky Bet.
