Servelec and BJSS: Working Together to Innovate in Health and Social Care
ABOUT THE EVENT
Supported Hospital Discharge reduces manual effort for hospitals and social care providers when patients are discharged from primary care. Servelec partnered with BJSS to develop this integration which now forms part of Servelec’s Conexes product which enables secure data sharing across a number of health and social care platforms. A goal of this partnership was to use BJSS’ experience to make lasting improvements to development and delivery processes.
In this presentation we looked at both the product and processes, and the relationship which make this ongoing partnership successful.
