The UK Government has been actively encouraging over three million EU, EEA and Swiss citizens affected by the UK’s decision to leave the EU, to apply to its EU Settlement Scheme which allows continued living and working in the UK.
As part of a multi-vendor team, BJSS delivered a new fully automated online service that takes the applicant less than ten minutes to complete.
This system, which has already received over 800,000 applications, prompts the applicant to scan their passport and supply their National Insurance number, and then assesses their status through supporting HM Government systems.
