    Rachel Skelton – Engineering Experience and Community Lead, Covéa Insurance

    Rachel is an award-winning Engineering Experience and Community Lead, speaker, and content creator. With over nine years technical experience, Rachel’s work focuses on tech culture, community, and digital transformation.

    Paul Pilling – Technical Engineering Manager, Covéa Insurance

    Paul is an Engineering manager with over 15 years experience in change and IT across finance, public and charity sectors. Paul uses his passion for leadership and people development to grow high performing teams.

    Hilary Lanham – Engineering Transformation, Lloyds

    Hilary has been working for Lloyds Banking Group for the past 16 years. Her roles have centred around Quality Engineering and Engineering Transformation. Currently she is the Programme Manager for the Engineering Transformation Programme, designed to accelerate Engineering Transformation across all areas of the bank, helping to reduce waste activities, increase automation and cloud readiness.

    James Birmingham – Head of Software & Data Engineering, Content, Supply & Distribution, ITV

    Head of Engineering at ITV with a 20 year career as architect and engineer working in a mix of major media enterprises, startups and innovation centres.

    Chrissie Auton – Digital Consultant, SPARCK

    A background in organisational and product strategy with a fascination for puzzle and people. Chrissie has a wealth of experience applying innovation and practices to businesses undergoing change and evolution. Curious in nature, she’s always looking for the next challenge so fits perfectly into the SPARCK/BJSS hivemind of trailblazers.
