Agile Coach and Evangelist, Regional Delivery Lead

From single Scrum to portfolio scaled-agile delivery across multiple frameworks such as SAFe, Nexus and Less, Sebastien supports teams and clients with a no-nonsense approach to coaching to focus on value delivery and the development of people within organisations. He is a delivery manager by day and also holds a regional role within BJSS to ensure delivery quality across portfolios by night.

A passionate advocate for Agility, Craig's career as a Delivery Manager spans 15 years; implementing, coaching and sampling a wide variety of Agile flavours.

In his role as Capability Lead, Craig is a key part of BJSS's Agile Best Practice and Learning & Development tracks alongside his day job delivering solutions for clients.
