Project Delivery
We take responsibility for the design, development and delivery of major, business critical systems with optional support if required.

Development projects are undertaken at client premises or off-site at our Development Centres and range from the development of components to extend an existing system to complete, large-scale developments, such as the delivery of complex trading systems.

We work closely with clients to identify and agree a suitable development approach, which is typically based around the successful BJSS Enterprise Agile method.  Enterprise Agile combines the relevant elements of adaptive development techniques with the level of project governance appropriate to the client organisation to achieve a high quality delivery that is responsive to business change whilst retaining project control.

Project Remediation
Our experience of complex development projects has enabled us to evolve a successful approach to project remediation.  Our consultants work with stakeholders to review and measure a troubled project and re-organise, re-skill, re-plan, and enable delivery against original objectives.

Systems Integration
We offer systems integration services, often based on industry -standard protocols such as FIX, FPML BPEL. Our areas of expertise include enterprise technologies such as ESB, messaging, databases, pricing systems and in-house developed solutions, as well as integration of 3rd party solutions such as market data feeds, exchange integration, post trade notification and settlement.
