Development of 3 Concurrent Websites for Large Government Organisation
BJSS was selected to develop 3 concurrent multilingual websites using current technologies and languages for a large government organisation. The solution was required to manage 60,000 registered users annually, up to 1000 concurrent logins, 2000 registrations per day and up to 3000 user logins per day all to be delivered in two different languages. The project had very strict time constraints and a fixed deadline which we delivered to successfully and on time.

Development of eCommerce Site for UK Retail Group
BJSS was engaged to address shortcomings in this clients’ live e-commerce site.  The site was not scalable and underperformed, often crashing during period of peak load, at considerable revenue and customer satisfaction cost. The remediation project was delivered to a demanding fixed deadline which coincided with an anticipated peak in demand.
Subsequently, we were engaged to work with the client’s design agency to develop a new site for 2 of the groups’ retail operations. In order to accommodate the differing look and feel requirements, the site was completely data driven and also supported multiple white label operations. The architecture enabled the sites to be dynamically scalable to accommodate changes in demand and was fully integrated into the clients back office and logistics systems.

IT Transformation Programme & Project Management for UK Retailer
Our client needed to deliver a step change in the capability of their core IT services in order to support its 5 year business plan and growth agenda. This encompassed an IT platform change across the back-end estate, delivery of a new set of integration services, and consolidation of a range of data marts into a true enterprise data warehouse. BJSS supplied Programme and Project Management expertise which allowed the client to achieve its IT delivery objectives across this range of core services in support of the broader IT portfolio and strategy.

Management Consultancy for Large UK Bookmaker
Our client was undertaking a re-organisation and rationalisation of their IT department. The senior management team required strengthening to ensure a smooth transition and to improve the engagement with the business and the Executive Board.  BJSS supplied a Head of Architecture to join this Senior Management Team and assist at the core of the project.
