Ten years working with Leading Inter Dealer Broker

In 1996, the appointment of a new Global Technology Director at this Inter-Dealer Broker led to BJSS being contacted to assist in the regeneration of the dealing and trading systems at the client.

The brokerage had disparate systems on legacy platforms and BJSS was selected as a supplier. Key attributes were BJSS' ability to understand the complex business world of voice brokered products while providing an outstanding understanding of the brokerage's choice of Microsoft Technology.

Initial projects with BJSS ranged from software architecture reviews, project reviews and development of small projects ranging from components to be used in future developments, to delivery of Trade Capture applications that are utilised by applications delivered via Bloomberg terminals.

Over the entire relationship BJSS has worked with this client in market areas ranging from FX, Capital and Money Markets, and have produced products from highly generic trade capture applications through to flexible brokerage calculators. Most recently from 2001 to the present day, BJSS has worked with the client on STP products and on-line PKI WEB based secure deal notification products.

Today BJSS has a healthy relationship with the client with ongoing project delivery and long term support and maintenance agreements.
