Essential
We're looking for people with 7+ years IT delivery experience, ideally gained within a consultancy, who have held project management and/or senior lead roles in projects involving major new infrastructure delivery.
BJSS TPM's have a technical background gained in software development at a senior level (TA/Team Lead/Senior Developer) and are expected to get involved with the delivery team and delivery process (including taking a variety of roles from analysis to technical input to ensure a successful delivery).
Desirable
In addition to the experience listed above, we're particularly interested in hearing from candidates demonstrating some or all of the following:
- Financial Markets experience
- Exposure to trading systems
- Experience of iterative/agile development methodologies (SCRUM, XP, DSDM, RUP etc.)
- Coaching and mentoring skills
