Retail Fraud Detection
BJSS undertook design and project management of a system to detect Card Not Present (CNP) credit card fraud for the UK's leading electrical retailer. The system was designed, developed and delivered to very tight time-scales and forms the backbone of fraud detection for all direct (telephone, WEB and mail order) business. The system uses Experian facilities for client authorisation. The project was delivered on-time and to budget and has helped to bring about major savings via accurate and timely fraud detection.
This client is utilising BJSS on other consultancy projects including development of a strategic fully automated fraud detection system.
