The BJSS Graduate Programme is unique, in that we run it in partnership with some of our clients - some of the world's most prestigious financial institutions. Candidates who successfully complete this comprehensive programme will have gained unprecedented real-world learning as part of project teams developing sophisticated trading systems for City-based organisations.
Every successful recruit to the programme will work with a BJSS Manager to devise a programme that will ensure they are constantly learning and being challenged, and that meets the needs of both BJSS and our clients business, so every programme will be different. Every recruit will be a full time BJSS employee, and expected to work hard and dedicate some of your own time to learning. You'll be paid a competetive salary and enjoy working in a stimulating, no nonsense, environment with some of the best in the business.
A typical programe might involve a 6 month secondment to a BJSS development project where you'll learn to put your software development and design skills to work within an Enterprise Agile project. Throughout the project you'll be mentored and coached by senior BJSS staff and also learn more about how our customers businesses operate. Next, you could be assigned to one of our clients, who'll work with us to put in place a programme of work that will allow you to continue to develop your technical and business skills, perhaps on a project developing systems to support foreign exchange dealing.
During the course of the programme you'll receive regular performance and financial reviews and at the conclusion you'll have the opportunity of a Software Development Consultant role within BJSS.
