Graduate Recruitment Process
Opportunities to join the programme are limited and the recruitment process is designed to select only the best.
The process is in 2 stages:
- Candidates qualifying for consideration will be invited to undertake a telephone technical test to assess their technical suitability for a role in BJSS
- Suitable candidates will be invited to a BJSS open day or a meeting at a convenient careers fair where they will meet with BJSS technical staff for further discussions about themselves and roles in BJSS.
Candidates successfully completing this process may be invited to meet with one of our clients to discuss their role prior to potentially being invited to join the programme.
