What Are We Looking For?
We welcome personal approaches from final year students, new graduates and graduates with up to 2 years experience looking for their next role.
The first step for people looking to join the Graduate Programme is to confirm that you qualify by answering the following questions:
- Are you legally able to work in the UK?
- Do you hold, or expect to gain, a 2.1 or better in Computer Science or Software Engineering?
- Are you a proficient software developer with either C# .NET SQL Server and/or Java JEE ORACLE skills?
- Are you passionate about technology and software development?
- Are you a confident, articulate and literate team player?
- Can you demonstrate a keen interest in financial markets?
If you can confidently answer 'yes' to all of these questions, then we'd like to hear from you!
