Portfolio Dividend Services

 

This investment bank maintains a set of portfolios. The value of the portfolios can change quickly when dividend payments, mergers or any other newsworthy events occur. A dynamic web-based dividend monitoring service was developed to track these events. The system processes daily Bloomberg and internal feeds and provides a web interface that permits searches and configurations to display the necessary details for different groups within the company. The system integrates with the POSTS back office system to reconcile dividend payments with positions held by the bank and its clients. The system interfaces to remote CORBA services that provides instrument identifier mapping.
