Project sponsors of enterprise scale projects require defined scope, costs and timescales, whereas software developers often prefer the evolving style of the Agile approach. This dichotomy can lead to unwelcome project outcomes.
BJSS presented an approach based on a variety of Agile and traditional development techniques that allows us to meet customer expectations and drive a successful Agile development team. The presentation drew on our experiences and describes how we are currently meeting customer needs for a large, complex system with demanding functional and performance requirements, whilst working to a fixed budget and delivery date.
