"After graduating in Computer Science, and an MSc, I joined the BJSS graduate programme. From the first day, I was involved in real project work, with responsibility for delivery. Working as part of a project team in the BJSS Development Centre allowed me to gain experience in Agile development methods whilst developing a loan trading platform for a bank.
After 6 months I transferred to the London Consultancy base in the City.
My first City engagement was as part of a development team working on a post-trade reporting system for the Bond markets. Working on the client site was a fantastic experience and allowed me to gain further insight into the workings of the Financial Markets. In my current role, I'm lead C# .NET client developer for a multi-asset class pricing service for a global user community within an investment bank. Since starting there, I've continued to learn about the workings of the financial markets, and will shortly transfer to the server team to further develop my JEE skills.
